Are you tired of meetings where only the loudest voices are heard? Do you feel like your team’s best ideas are trapped behind rigid agendas and "business as usual"?
In today’s complex world, we can’t rely on a few "experts" to solve every problem. To thrive, organizations need to include and unleash everyone.
Our Liberating Structures Immersion Workshop is a high-energy, hands-on experience designed to give you a completely new toolkit for collaboration. Move beyond boring presentations and stagnant brainstorming sessions to a world of dynamic, inclusive, and highly productive interactions.
What to Expect
This isn't a workshop where you sit and listen to a lecture. It is a true immersion. Like a language course that drops you into a new culture, you will learn by doing.
Practice, Practice, Practice: Experience a rapid-fire series of structures like 1-2-4-All, TRIZ, and 25/10 Crowd Sourcing.
Design Your Own "Strings": Learn how to sequence different structures to tackle your specific real-world challenges.
Experience Inclusion: See firsthand how these methods naturally level the playing field, inviting introverts, extroverts, and everyone in between to contribute at the top of their intelligence.
Zero Slides, Total Engagement: There are no status reports or open discussions. Every minute is spent using the structures to generate ideas and solve problems.
Best for people who are often engaging groups.
